Are these authentic Pagani Design watches?

Accepted Answer

Yes — they are Pagani Design, sold under the brand's own name and reference numbers, with the calibres the manufacturer publishes. What we are not is an authorised dealer, and we do not claim to be. We are an independent retailer, our warranty is our own, and the brand's official-store warranty does not transfer through us. Anyone telling you otherwise about a watch at this price is selling you something else.

Is the jewellery solid gold?

Accepted Answer

No, and we will never phrase it so that you think it is. Our jewellery is 316L stainless steel, finished either polished or with a PVD coating in gold, rose or black tones. PVD is a vacuum-deposited layer — far more durable than electroplating and it does not rub off at the clasp — but it is a coating on steel, not solid gold. Every product page says so in the specifications.

What does the 24-month warranty actually cover?

Accepted Answer

The movement, against defect, for 24 months from delivery. It does not cover battery replacement on quartz references, strap or bracelet wear, water ingress, or damage from impact. If a movement fails within the period we repair or replace it and we pay the shipping both ways. Those exclusions are the whole reason we state them here instead of at the bottom of a terms page.

How accurate will my automatic watch be?

The Seiko NH34 and NH35 and the Miyota 8215 are specified by their manufacturers at roughly −20 to +40 seconds per day. In practice most settle within ±15 seconds once worn regularly. That is normal for a movement at this level and is not a defect — a watch running +12 seconds a day is working as designed. If yours falls outside the manufacturer's stated range, it is a warranty case.

Do you inspect the pieces before sending them?

Yes, and it is the reason dispatch takes 1–3 business days rather than being same-day. Every watch is unboxed, started or wound, timed against a reference, and checked for crystal marks, bracelet alignment and crown action. Jewellery is checked for clasp function and finish. Anything that fails goes back, not out.

Which currency am I charged in?

Prices are shown in your local currency, converted from USD at a live rate that refreshes every six hours. The card is charged in USD, so your bank's own rate applies to the final amount — we say this up front rather than after the fact. You can switch country, currency and language from the selector in the header.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the destination, and the exact window for yours is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay — not after. Standard is typically 7–15 business days to Europe and North America and longer to Latin America and remote destinations, plus 1–3 business days of inspection and dispatch. Every shipment is tracked.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Possibly, depending on where you are. At checkout we show an estimate for destinations where we can calculate one, and we say plainly when we cannot. The final call belongs to your local customs office, and we do not pretend otherwise.

How do I find my ring size?

Accepted Answer

Measure the inner diameter of a ring you already wear across the inside in millimetres, or wrap a strip of paper around the finger and measure its length. Put either number into the size finder on the product page and it returns a US size from the standard conversion chart — the same chart every jeweller uses. If you fall between two sizes on a signet, take the larger: a signet that spins is worse than one that is slightly snug.

Can I return it?

30 days from delivery. The piece has to be unworn, in its box, with the protective film still on the watch case back. If it arrived faulty or not as described we pay the return shipping; otherwise you do. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives and passes inspection.

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Stripe processes every payment. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers, which is also why we can never see or store your card number. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where your device supports them, and you can check out without creating an account.

Question 12

Can I resize the bracelet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The steel bracelets use standard removable links and any jeweller will size one in a few minutes, usually for a token fee. If you would rather do it yourself you need a pin pusher — we do not include one, and we would rather tell you that than let you find out after the box arrives.
