SHIPPING
TRACKED, EVERYWHERE, WITH THE REAL WINDOW.
The delivery estimate you see at checkout is the one we actually expect — not the optimistic one.

Dispatch
One to three business days. Every piece is unboxed, started or wound, timed and inspected before it leaves. That inspection is the reason we are not same-day, and we think the trade is worth it.
Delivery windows
Business days from dispatch, by destination zone:
| Zone | Service | Business days |
|---|---|---|
| Asia-Pacific | Standard | 9–18 |
| Express | 5–9 | |
| Europe & UK | Standard | 7–14 |
| Express | 3–7 | |
| Latin America | Standard | 12–22 |
| Express | 6–12 | |
| North America | Standard | 8–15 |
| Express | 4–8 | |
| Oceania | Standard | 10–20 |
| Express | 5–10 | |
| Rest of world | Standard | 12–25 |
The exact price and window for your address appear in the cart and at checkout, before you pay. Where no route is configured for a destination, we say so instead of taking the order.
Tracking
Every shipment is tracked and the number is emailed on dispatch. If tracking has not moved in seven business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Duties and import taxes
Depending on your country, customs may charge duty or import VAT on arrival. At checkout we show an estimate for destinations where one can be calculated, and we say plainly when it cannot be. The final assessment belongs to your customs office, not to us.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and charged in USD, so your bank’s conversion applies to the final amount.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it in full. Photograph the packaging before you unpack anything that looks crushed — it makes the carrier claim straightforward.
