WHAT WE HOLD, AND WHY.

• To fulfil an order: name, delivery address, email, and phone if you give one.
• With your explicit consent: your email for new-arrival messages, plus country and language so we send relevant ones.
• Automatically: approximate country from your connection, to pick a currency. No GPS is ever requested.
• If you use the advisor: the conversation, to answer you and to review answer quality.

Card numbers. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; card details go straight to them and never touch our servers. We could not store your card number if we wanted to.

• Stripe — payments.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery.
• Anthropic — the advisor. Conversations are processed to generate a reply.
• Analytics and email providers where configured, and only then.

We do not sell personal data. There is no version of this business where that is the plan.

Write to us and we will give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Marketing consent can be withdrawn from any email in one click, or by asking.

Pending legal review
Retention periods, the legal basis for each processing purpose, international transfer mechanisms (SCCs), the identity of the data controller and its registered address, and the supervisory authority for complaints must all be completed by a qualified data-protection lawyer for every market you operate in.
