The movement, against manufacturing defect, for 24 months from the delivery date. If it stops, runs outside the manufacturer’s stated tolerance, or fails to wind or set correctly, we repair or replace it and we pay shipping in both directions.

For jewellery, the same period covers clasp mechanism failure and PVD finish defects such as flaking or blistering that are not caused by wear or abrasion.

• Battery replacement on quartz and meca-quartz references. It is a consumable.
• Strap and bracelet wear, including stretch, scratching and clasp cosmetic wear.
• Water ingress. 10 bar covers swimming and showering; it does not cover diving, hot tubs or operating the crown underwater.
• Impact damage, crystal chips and scratches.
• Any piece opened, serviced or modified by a third party.

The Seiko NH34 and NH35 and the Miyota 8215 are specified by their manufacturers at roughly −20 to +40 seconds per day. A watch running twelve seconds fast is working as designed. We will not replace a movement that is inside the manufacturer’s published tolerance, and we would rather set that expectation now than argue about it later.

Automatic movements also stop after roughly 42 hours off the wrist. That is the power reserve, not a fault.

Email us with your order number and a short description — a video of the fault helps. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Once the piece arrives we inspect, then repair, replace or refund.
